Terms and Conditions at Rejuveness Day Spa

SPA POLICIES

APPOINTMENTS & RESERVATIONS

We require a 70% Deposit to secure your booking, whether your booking is online, via the phone or via Whats App. We will send you a Link via YOCO to pay the deposit. On the YOCO Link you can then choose if you would like to pay via Credit card, Visa Master card or instant EFT. Once you have made the payment, YOCO will send you a receipt of the transaction and they will automatically email us that the payment has been made. So no need to send us a proof of payment.  We will confirm your booking via SMS/WhatsApp once we have received the payment. The balance of your treatments will be due on the day of your reservation with us. Our receptionist will send you an online consultation form to complete 24 hours before your arrival to reduce waiting time for your treatments.

If you have a Gift Voucher, please mention that to our Receptionist at the time when you are making your Reservation as well as the Gift Voucher Number. In this case you will not be asked to pay a Deposit if the Voucher’s value is not greater that the treatments you are booking for. Please see our T’s & C’s for the Gift Vouchers listed below.

We do accept walk-in appointments, however we tend to get booked up pretty quickly.  To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend booking your treatments in advance. This will make sure that there will be availability for you and your friends or family joining you and allow you to plan your day better.

You may give us a Call or WhatsApp us on 079 813 3009 where, Our Professional Receptionists have all the information needed to help you choose your Spa treatments that will suit you and your needs. They are both very friendly and helpful, and you can be certain to get everything and more that you have asked for. Please be specific when you are making a reservation on which treatments you would like to have and for how many people.

If you would like to make a reservation for a Surprise booking or Spa Treatment for your Friends or Family we highly suggest you purchase a Gift Voucher. As our Gift Vouchers are Valid for 1 year from the Date of purchase. They can then booking any treatment for the amount you Gifted them and at the time that would be most convenient to them. We often find that the person you would like to Spoil might have other Plans on the day that you might not be aware off, which then results into a no show or a last minute cancellation. (Please see our Cancellation Policies)

PLEASE NOTE: Full payment is required at the time of service. We do not accept cash. PRICES POLICY  We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest treatments. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices, specials, treatments, and information are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice. 

CHECK IN

It is important to arrive on time for your appointment to avoid inconveniencing other clients. We strongly recommend arriving
15 minutes early to avoid potential disruptions and to complete any necessary paperwork, such as a health questionnaire or consent form, without feeling rushed. You can enjoy Rejuveness Day Spa, by simply sitting and enjoying our Refreshing Welcome drink whilst taking in the Serenity and Tranquility of our Spa. Please check in at the Front Desk.  Do to our very busy schedule – If you arrive 30 min – 60 min earlier than you appointment time we unfortunately will not be able to start your treatments and you will have to wait for your scheduled appointment time.

CANCELLATION, TARDINESS & NO-SHOW POLICIES

A minimum of Forty-eight hours (48) notification is required for all cancellations or re-scheduling, which the 70% deposit is still NON Refundable (The same applies when using a gift voucher). If you are late for your session, you are welcome to receive whatever time is left in your appointment. Due to our tightly booked schedule, we are generally unable to extend your session beyond your original appointment time. Regardless of the length of the service given, you will be responsible for payment of the full service you scheduled. If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel on short notice, 100% of the treatment price will be due and is Non-Refundable.

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.

Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, including consultation and changing time.

BOOKING CONFIRMATIONS

As a courtesy, we try to send you a reminder SMS/WhatsApp or email to confirm your appointments one – two business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to make this call or are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee 

Our Booking System:

You may select any treatment, along with your 1st and 2nd preferred date and time options during the checkout process. Once you complete payment, we will personally confirm availability and finalize your booking.

Please Note:

  • While we do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time, all bookings are subject to therapist availability.
  • If your selected time slots are fully booked, we will contact you promptly to reschedule at your convenience.

 

Maximum Capacity Notice:

We can currently accommodate a maximum of 2 guests at a time. If you’re booking for more than 2 people, we may need to split the group across different times. Please contact us directly before paying for large group bookings.

Full Payment Policy:

All bookings are only secured once full payment is received. If your requested time is unavailable, we will reach out to arrange an alternative that suits you.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers are Strictly Valid for 1 YEAR/12 MONTHS from the Date of Purchase and cannot be extended, transferred, or exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
Vouchers are valid for spa treatments only and cannot be used for retail products.

Vouchers are not applicable for specials, discounts or promotions.

Your voucher may be redeemed at any time during its 12 month validity period, subject to availability.

Gift vouchers must be presented to the front desk at checkout (either printed or digital). if not provided you be responsible for the full payment of the treatments received.
If you can not make the scheduled appointment we require a 48 hour cancellation notice.
If you cancel on short notice prior to your scheduled appointment the gift voucher will be terminated.
If you do not arrive for your Scheduled Appointments the voucher will be terminated immediately.
Gift Cards are available for purchase on our website, and make a beautiful, thoughtful gift for any occasion.

CANCELLATION, TARDINESS & NO-SHOWS

A minimun of 48 hours (fourty-eight hours) notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment booked using a voucher.

Cancellations within the 48 hour (fourty-eight hour) notice period will result in the voug=cher being voided.

Missed appointments (no-shows) will result in the voucher being marked as redeemed and no longer valid.

SPA ETTIQUETTE

At Rejuveness Day Spa, we’ve created a serene environment where you can fully relax, disconnect, and restore your well-being. To preserve this peaceful atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following spa etiquette:

  • Quiet Zone – Please speak softly upon arrival and throughout your visit. Our spa is a place of stillness and tranquility.
  • Phone-Free Environment – Kindly turn off or silence all mobile devices before entering. This helps create a calm, undisturbed space for you and others.
  • No Outside Food or Drink – Outside food and beverages are not permitted. We offer a light lunch daily from 12pm, and three-course meals can be arranged with 24 hours’ notice, as they are sourced from a trusted off-site provider. A curated selection of complimentary drinks (including wine, juice, coffee, and tea) is also available.
  • Freshen Up First – For your comfort and hygiene, please shower before your treatment. This ensures a cleaner, more pleasant experience for all and enhances the effectiveness of your spa services.
  • Respect Shared Spaces – Please maintain a quiet atmosphere, be mindful of other guests’ personal space, and avoid disruptive behaviour.
  • Courtesy Matters – Treat our staff and fellow guests with kindness and respect. Leave shared areas tidy and return any borrowed items so the next guest can enjoy the same beautiful experience.

Special Conditions Policy

Your safety is our top priority. If you have any medical conditions—including cancer, heart concerns, blood pressure issues, circulatory problems, diabetes, recent surgeries, or are currently pregnant—please inform us before booking your treatment.
In serious or complex cases, we may require a letter from your medical practitioner confirming that spa treatments are safe for you.
All guests are required to complete a short health consultation form prior to their appointment, either online or upon arrival.

Health, Allergy & Pregnancy Considerations

When booking or arriving for your treatment, kindly inform our team of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies (including food and skincare), or medications you are currently taking.
We offer Pregnancy Massage up to 32 weeks only. Beyond this, we do not offer massage treatments due to the increased risk for both mother and baby. We appreciate your understanding.Please communicate any discomfort during your treatment immediately so we can adjust accordingly and ensure your safety and comfort.

Pricing Policy

We are always evolving to bring you the most advanced and luxurious treatments. While we strive to keep all pricing and treatment information up to date across our website and menu, all prices, services, and offerings are subject to change without prior notice.

Refund Policy

All service bookings, product purchases, and gift voucher sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage status. No exceptions will be made. Thank you for your understanding.

Gratuity

Gratuities are not included in the prices of our treatments or gift vouchers. While never expected, they are always deeply appreciated as a gesture of gratitude for excellent service.

If you wish to leave a gratuity, you may do so directly with your therapist or at the front desk.
The industry guideline is 10–15% of the treatment value, but the amount is entirely at your discretion.

Nail Polish & Gel Polish

Quality Guarantee – Regular Polish.
Regular ORLY Nail polish applications may last in duration from 1 to 12-days depending on several factors specific to the client including:
Client Lifestyle, Client Health and following of maintenance instructions. Rejuveness Day Spa does NOT guarantee the longevity of ANY regular polish product once your appointment has been completed due to the varying factor explained above.

Quality Guarantee – Gel Polish
Gel Polish – often referred to as Lola Lee – is a light-cured  rubber based gel-polish product that may last a duration of 2-4 weeks depending on several factors specific to the client including:
Client Lifestyle, Client Health and following of maintenance instructions.  However, there may also be additional complications in the application process, the chemistry of the product and other factors that may cause product breakdown (peeling, lifting, fading, wrinkling, etc.) Due to this, Rejuveness Day Spa provides a 24-hour guarantee period, in which if you experienced any of these issues you may return to the Spa to have a repair done FREE of charge. However, it is at Rejuveness Day Spa’s discretion!
If we feel that your product breakdown was not cause by error in application and exceeds normal wear and tear you will be charged for the nail repair service.

Considering a Dr Fish Pedicure? Here’s What You Need to Know:

If you’re booked for our Signature Dr Fish or Deluxe Coastal Dr Fish Spa Pedicure, please take note of the following important guidelines to ensure a safe, hygienic, and enjoyable experience — for you and our fish:

  • Please do not apply any creams, oils, or lotions to your feet or legs on the day of your appointment — these substances are harmful to our fish.
    • Wear loose-fitting clothing that can comfortably be rolled up above the knees.
    • We are unable to proceed with the Dr Fish treatment if you have open wounds, sores, or visible fungal infections on your feet or toenails.
    • Our tanks are fitted with advanced UV filtration systems and are drained, cleaned, and refilled daily to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and care.
    • The treatment is performed at your own risk, and we appreciate your cooperation in following all health and safety protocols.
    • Please note: hands are not permitted in the Dr Fish tanks under any circumstances — for hygiene and the safety of our aquatic team.

 

We adore our little Dr Fish and take their care seriously — thank you for helping us protect them and preserve this extraordinary spa experience.

Other Nail Technicians Work

We will not preform services to clients if they already have existing Gel Nail Enhancements from another Nail Technician. We are unable to fully identify the method of preparation, method of application and the product used in your previous service. Due to these varying factors, allergic reactions, adverse chemical reactions, and an increase in natural nail injury may occur.
It is our #1 priority to ensure the health and safety of our clients both during and following their appointments with us. 

Food Allergy Disclaimer

All food served at Rejuveness Day Spa is prepared off‑site by an independent, third‑party supplier and delivered to our premises. While we select reputable providers, we cannot guarantee that any food items are free from allergens or cross‑contamination. Guests with food allergies, intolerance, or special dietary requirements assume full responsibility for any adverse reactions and should notify us in advance. Rejuveness Day Spa and its staff disclaim all liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from the consumption of food provided. By consuming any food items on our premises, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer.

Illustrations & Photographs
All images, illustrations and virtual tours of our treatment rooms on this website are provided for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly reflect the appearance of the rooms you’ll experience in person. Rest assured, each of our treatment spaces is professionally designed, impeccably maintained and beautifully appointed—but actual décor, layout, finishes and furnishings may vary from the images shown.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY

We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your skin care specialist or therapist will remain confidential, as will your health history form.
Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.

RESTRICTIONS

We also suggest to please let us know if you are wearing contact lenses or using skin medications before doing your treatment.
We also suggest for you to please leave your valuable items at home when doing your treatment. We regret, but we will not be responsible for loss or damage of your personal items.
Please remember that the room must be prepared and used for the next client and should be vacated after treatment upon completion of service within a reasonable amount of time.
We do not allow smoking inside the Spa at any time.
Rejuveness Day Spa does not except any Responsibility of loss of personal items such as jewellery, cell phones, handbags, wallets, credit cards ext.
All Treatments done at Rejuveness Day Spa is done at your own risk. We do not take any Responsibility for Any damage there many be caused by any products, hair, skin, beauty or nails or any equipment.
We do not take any Responsibility for any injuries that may occur whilst you are on/at Rejuveness Day Spa’s Premises.

Age Requirement Policy

Rights of admission are reserved.

At Rejuveness Day Spa, we’re dedicated to providing a serene and restorative environment for every guest.

  • Spa treatments are generally reserved for guests aged 14 and older.
  • However, we may accommodate children between the ages of 6 and 13 for select treatments at full price, by prior arrangement only, and only with a parent or legal guardian present at all times.
  • To maintain our tranquil setting, we kindly ask that all children remain calm, quiet, and supervised throughout their visit.
  • Please note we do not offer childminding services, and availability for young guests is limited.

 

Thank you for helping us protect the peaceful, luxurious atmosphere that defines the Rejuveness experience—while warmly welcoming younger guests when appropriate.

OTHER TIPS FOR YOUR VISIT

Many treatments require the removal of jewellery. Please do not bring valuables with you; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please respect the right to a quiet atmosphere for all guests
We do not take any responsibility for any damage there may be caused by any products or equipment.
Live streaming and photos of our employees and/or services are against our company standards policy without permission.
We ask that you refrain from talking loudly and that you turn off all cell phones.
If you are scheduled for a facial, we encourage for you to come in with no makeup on.

Sexual Harassment & Zero Tolerance Policy

Rejuveness Day Spa maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of sexual harassment, misconduct, or inappropriate behaviour toward our staff or therapists.

Sexual harassment includes—but is not limited to—unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favours, and other verbal, non-verbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature, particularly when:

  • Such conduct is used as a condition for booking, receiving, or influencing treatment;
    • Such conduct interferes with a therapist’s ability to perform their work or creates a hostile, intimidating, or uncomfortable environment.

Examples of prohibited conduct include:

  • Sexual jokes, innuendos, or inappropriate comments (in person, via WhatsApp, calls, or messages)
    • Unwanted touching, groping, or brushing against a therapist
    • Making sexually suggestive remarks or gestures
    • Offering money or bribes for sexual services
    • Repeatedly asking to socialize outside of the spa after declining
    • Sending or giving sexually suggestive messages, images, or gifts

Under no circumstances will Rejuveness Day Spa tolerate:

  • Clients offering additional payment in exchange for sexual acts
    • Inappropriate comments or behaviour before, during, or after a treatment
    • Any form of harassment, regardless of the gender of the client or therapist

Immediate consequences of violating this policy:

  • You will be permanently banned from Rejuveness Day Spa
    • All calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and SMS correspondence will be blocked
    • We reserve the right to report any harassment or misconduct to the relevant authorities

We are a safe, professional, and ethical spa, and every member of our team deserves to work in a respectful environment. By booking with Rejuveness Day Spa, you agree to uphold these standards.

NUDITY CONCERNS

You will never be asked to change in front of any of our staff or other clients. All rooms are private, and you will be alone while changing. If you are having multiple services that require your clothing to be removed, robes are provided for covering as you move from room to room. The therapist will always knock on the door before entering the room, and if you are not ready, they will not enter. During the treatment, only the area being treated will be uncovered. Our staff is highly trained in “draping,” which is the careful practice of covering all parts of the body not being touched. Removing your clothing gives you a much better experience as the therapist is free to work all of the muscles without barrier. Male clients should leave on their boxers or underwear, and female clients should remove their bras but leave on underwear also.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Our services would be more convenient if you are free of restrictive clothes. If you are scheduled for a Spa package or more than 1 treatment for example a massage, and a facial, body scrub , manicure or pedicure. You will be asked to put on one of our robes and slippers in a private room. Robes and Slippers will be provided for you.

A Gentle Reminder

All of the above policies are in place to protect the peaceful, respectful, and restorative experience we’ve created at Rejuveness Day Spa. They apply to all treatments, services, specials, and bookings—whether made in person, over the phone, via WhatsApp, or through our website.

By booking or engaging with Rejuveness in any way, you’re agreeing to these terms—and helping us maintain the standard of care, safety, and serenity our guests have come to love.

Liability Waiver

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

By booking and receiving any treatment at Rejuveness Day Spa, clients acknowledge and accept that:

  1. Health Disclosure

    • It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, recent surgeries, and any other health information prior to treatment.

    • Rejuveness Day Spa will not be liable for any injury, complication, or reaction resulting from the client’s failure to provide accurate and complete information.

  2. Treatment Suitability

    • All treatments are provided for relaxation, wellness, and cosmetic purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice.

    • Our therapists will adapt pressure and techniques to the client’s stated comfort levels and disclosed health conditions.

  3. No Liability Accepted

    • Rejuveness Day Spa, its owners, staff, and contractors accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, damage, or health condition, whether occurring on our premises, during a treatment, or at any time outside of our premises.

    • This includes, but is not limited to:

      • Pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.

      • Failure to follow aftercare instructions.

      • Injuries, accidents, or incidents unrelated to the treatment.

  4. Personal Belongings

    • Rejuveness Day Spa accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to jewellery, cellphones, handbags, or any other personal items brought onto our premises.

    • Clients are encouraged to leave valuables at home.

  5. Client Responsibility

    • Clients understand that massage, beauty, and spa treatments involve physical contact and accept any inherent risks associated with such treatments.

    • By proceeding with a booking, clients agree to release and indemnify Rejuveness Day Spa from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, except in cases of proven gross negligence or misconduct.

  6. Right of Admission

    • Rejuveness Day Spa reserves the right of admission and may refuse service to any person whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive to other guests or staff.

  7. Consent

    • By booking an appointment, attending the spa, or purchasing a voucher, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this liability waiver as part of our Terms & Conditions.

OUR COMMITMENT to prevent Covid-19 contamination and flatten the Curve!

  • All Staff will wear masks at all times.
  • Clients are required to wear mask upon entry of Rejuveness Day Spa
  • Sanitizer will be applied to every client’s hands on entry to Rejuveness Day Spa & before making payment and before touching any products.
  • We ask all clients to complete our online consultation form before they arrive for their treatments as we no longer using paper consultations forms.
  • We will practice social distancing so hugging will be virtual for the time being.
  • All stations will be equipped with sanitizer for staff to sanitize equipment and surfaces before and after all services.
  • All sheets and towels are changed after each client and we replace them with clean sanitized sheets and towels.
  • We will ensure to have a minimum of 1m distance between clients who are having their feet and nails done in a common space.
  • We will minimize time spent in common areas so will not make use of any areas that involve ‘hanging around’.
