Acknowledge that treatments, products, and gift vouchers are strictly non-refundable. Accept that full payment is required at the end of your treatment. Agree to switch off or silence your cell phone during treatments to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Understand that all treatments are performed at your own risk, and Rejuveness Day Spa is not liable for any reactions or injuries that may result from treatments, products, or equipment. Acknowledge that Rejuveness Day Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal belongings. Please leave valuables such as jewellery and watches at home. Recognize that inappropriate or sexual remarks or conduct will lead to immediate termination of the treatment, and you will remain liable for full payment. Understand that certain medical conditions (e.g. cancer, HIV, TB, diabetes, flu) may contraindicate some treatments, and you confirm that you have disclosed any such conditions.
