Understand that all treatments are offered for relaxation, wellness, grooming, and cosmetic purposes only, and are not medical treatments. Understand that bookings, treatments, packages, products, gift vouchers, and spa credit vouchers are strictly non-refundable. Understand that appointments are secured by advance payment, allowing us to reserve your therapist, treatment room, preparation time, and treatment space especially for you. Agree to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your appointment time so your visit can begin calmly and without rush. Agree to switch off or silence your cellphone during treatments to help protect the peaceful spa environment for all guests. Understand that every client responds differently to treatments, products, massage, skincare, waxing, nail services, foot treatments, heat, pressure, and spa equipment. Understand that Rejuveness Boutique Spa cannot be held responsible for reactions, irritation, injury, discomfort, or complications caused by undisclosed conditions, medication, allergies, incorrect information, or failure to follow aftercare advice. Acknowledge that Rejuveness Boutique Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal belongings. We kindly recommend that valuables such as jewellery and watches are left safely at home where possible. Understand that inappropriate, sexual, abusive, threatening, or disrespectful remarks or conduct will result in the treatment being stopped immediately, and the full booking value will be forfeited. Understand that certain medical conditions, illnesses, infections, allergies, medication, pregnancy, injuries, recent surgeries, skin conditions, or health concerns may make some treatments unsuitable, and confirm that you have disclosed all relevant information before treatment. By proceeding, you consent to receiving your booked treatment and agree to follow all therapist instructions, safety guidance, and aftercare advice. You also agree to release and indemnify Rejuveness Boutique Spa, its owner, staff, therapists, contractors, and representatives from claims relating to treatments, services, and products rendered, except where caused by proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
