Welcome to Rejuveness Boutique Spa.
By making a booking, purchasing a gift voucher, using a spa credit voucher, visiting our premises, receiving a treatment, using our website, booking system, spa app, WhatsApp booking link, payment link, or engaging with our services in any way, you agree to the Terms & Conditions set out below.
These Terms & Conditions are designed to protect our clients, our staff, our business, and the calm, professional boutique spa environment we work hard to create.
All appointments are subject to availability and should be booked in advance.
To secure your booking, 100% upfront payment is required for all appointments, treatments, packages, specials, couples bookings, group bookings, online bookings, WhatsApp bookings, payment link bookings, and confirmed reservations.
Bookings made through our website, spa app, online booking system, WhatsApp booking link, approved payment link, or any other approved booking method are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
This allows us to reserve your therapist, treatment room, treatment time, products, preparation, and appointment space exclusively for you. Due to our carefully scheduled appointment diary and the preparation required for each treatment, unpaid bookings cannot be held.
Once payment has been processed, clients may receive a booking confirmation and receipt by email, SMS, WhatsApp, booking system notification, or app notification.
Clients are responsible for checking that the booking details are correct, including the treatment, date, time, number of guests, and contact information.
If you are booking with a gift voucher, this must be mentioned at the time of booking, and the voucher number must be provided before the appointment can be confirmed.
Walk-in appointments may be accepted where availability allows, but advance booking is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
All online bookings require 100% upfront payment at the time of booking.
Your appointment is only confirmed once full payment has been successfully received.
Online bookings are strictly non-refundable.
Once payment has been made and your appointment has been confirmed, you may not cancel and request a cash refund, EFT refund, card reversal, credit card refund, or any other financial repayment.
If a client cancels, reschedules, changes, or moves an online booking less than 48 hours before the appointment time, the full 100% payment will be forfeited.
If a client fails to arrive for an online booking, arrives too late for the treatment to be performed, or refuses to complete the required consultation form, the appointment will be treated as a no-show and the full 100% payment will be forfeited.
No refund, spa credit, rebooking credit, replacement appointment, retail credit, cash exchange, EFT refund, card reversal, transfer, or financial repayment will be issued for online bookings cancelled, changed, moved, rescheduled, or missed less than 48 hours before the appointment time.
If a client cancels or reschedules at least 48 hours before the appointment time, the amount paid may be converted into Rejuveness Spa Credit or a Rejuveness Spa Credit Voucher, valid for 3 months from the original appointment date.
Online prepaid bookings may be made for another guest, provided the correct guest details are supplied at the time of booking or before the appointment. The person attending the appointment remains subject to these Terms & Conditions and must complete the required consultation form before treatment.
Online-booked prepaid treatments are not the same as purchased gift vouchers and may not be exchanged for cash, retail products, gratuities, promotional offers, discounted treatments, or any financial repayment.
As a courtesy, Rejuveness Boutique Spa may send booking reminders by WhatsApp, SMS, email, booking system notification, or app notification.
However, reminders are a courtesy only.
It remains the client’s responsibility to remember the appointment date and time, arrive on time, and ensure that the correct contact details were provided.
Rejuveness Boutique Spa is not responsible for missed appointments due to incorrect contact details, unread messages, failed notifications, network issues, client error, or failure to check confirmation details.
Clients are kindly requested to arrive on time for their appointment.
Where consultation forms, consent forms, preparation, changing time, or treatment setup are required, clients should arrive early enough to complete these before the scheduled treatment time.
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment so that the next guest is not delayed. The full treatment price will still apply.
If a client arrives too late for the treatment to be performed safely, properly, or within the remaining appointment time, Rejuveness Boutique Spa may treat the appointment as a no-show, and the full booking value may be forfeited.
If a client arrives too early, the treatment may not be able to start before the scheduled appointment time.
All clients are required to complete a consultation form before receiving treatment.
This form helps us understand your health history, medication, allergies, injuries, pregnancy status, skin concerns, recent surgeries, recent treatments, and any possible contraindications.
Clients must provide complete, honest, and accurate information.
Rejuveness Boutique Spa reserves the right to refuse, adapt, postpone, or stop a treatment if a client refuses to complete the consultation form, provides incomplete information, or discloses information that makes the treatment unsuitable or unsafe.
If a client refuses to complete the required consultation form after arriving for an appointment, the treatment may be declined, and the booking may still be subject to the cancellation or no-show policy.
Your safety is important to us.
Clients must inform Rejuveness Boutique Spa before booking and again before treatment if they have any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, skin concerns, recent surgeries, recent medical treatments, infections, pregnancy, or if they are taking medication.
This includes, but is not limited to, cancer, heart conditions, blood pressure concerns, diabetes, circulatory problems, skin disorders, recent operations, allergies, food allergies, skincare allergies, and pregnancy.
In serious or complex cases, Rejuveness Boutique Spa may request written approval from a medical practitioner before treatment can proceed.
Certain treatments, products, pressure points, essential oils, heat treatments, massage techniques, peels, exfoliation, waxing, or equipment may not be suitable for certain clients.
Rejuveness Boutique Spa reserves the right to refuse or adapt any treatment if we believe it may not be safe or appropriate.
Treatments are provided for relaxation, wellness, grooming, and cosmetic purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or medical advice.
All treatments at Rejuveness Boutique Spa are performed with professional care, but every client responds differently to treatments, products, pressure, heat, touch, skincare ingredients, waxing, massage, exfoliation, nail products, and spa equipment.
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, medication, allergies, injuries, skin sensitivity, pregnancy, recent surgeries, recent treatments, infections, or concerns before treatment begins.
Rejuveness Boutique Spa reserves the right to refuse, adapt, postpone, or stop any treatment if we believe it may not be safe, suitable, hygienic, or appropriate for the client.
Clients must inform the therapist immediately during treatment if they feel pain, discomfort, dizziness, burning, irritation, sensitivity, emotional distress, or any unusual reaction.
Treatments are performed for relaxation, wellness, grooming, and cosmetic purposes only. They are not medical treatments and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or care.
Rejuveness Boutique Spa will not be held liable for reactions, irritation, sensitivity, injury, dissatisfaction, reduced results, or complications caused by undisclosed conditions, incorrect information, failure to follow aftercare, unsuitable home care products, client negligence, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Pregnant clients must inform Rejuveness Boutique Spa before booking and again before receiving any treatment.
Certain treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy, especially during the first trimester or in high-risk pregnancies.
Massage, pressure points, essential oils, heat treatments, body treatments, and certain spa therapies may need to be avoided or adapted.
Rejuveness Boutique Spa reserves the right to decline any treatment that may not be suitable during pregnancy.
Waxing is not recommended on the same day as certain facial treatments, especially deep cleansing facials, probiotic facials, peels, exfoliating facials, active ingredient facials, or any facial that may leave the skin more sensitive.
To reduce the risk of irritation, inflammation, sensitivity, breakouts, pigmentation, or skin reactions, clients are advised to book waxing and facial treatments on separate days.
Clients using retinol, Roaccutane, acne medication, antibiotics, strong exfoliating products, peels, or active skincare products must inform the therapist before waxing or facial treatments.
Rejuveness Boutique Spa reserves the right to decline waxing during, before, or immediately after a facial if we believe it may compromise the skin.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When a booking is confirmed, your therapist, treatment room, products, preparation time, and appointment space are set aside in advance.
Due to our carefully scheduled appointment diary, therapist allocation, treatment room preparation, and the time reserved exclusively for each guest, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation, rescheduling, or booking change.
Rejuveness Boutique Spa has a strict non-refundable payment policy.
Payments made for bookings, deposits, treatments, packages, specials, and online prepaid bookings are not refundable in cash, EFT, card reversal, credit card refund, or any other financial repayment.
If a client cancels, changes, or reschedules at least 48 hours before the appointment time, the amount already paid may be converted into Rejuveness Spa Credit or a Rejuveness Spa Credit Voucher, valid for 3 months from the original appointment date.
Spa credit is not cash and may only be used toward future spa treatments at Rejuveness Boutique Spa.
Spa credit may not be refunded, transferred, exchanged for cash, used for retail products, used for gratuities, used for promotional offers, used for discounted treatments, or converted into any financial repayment.
If a client cancels, changes, moves, or reschedules the booking less than 48 hours before the appointment time, the full booking value will be forfeited.
This is because the appointment time, therapist, treatment room, products, and preparation have already been reserved, and short-notice changes are often difficult or impossible to refill.
No refund, spa credit, rebooking credit, replacement appointment, retail credit, cash exchange, EFT refund, card reversal, or financial repayment will be issued for bookings cancelled, changed, moved, or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the appointment time.
The same policy applies when using gift vouchers. Late cancellations, booking changes, rescheduling, or no-shows made less than 48 hours before the appointment time will result in the full booked gift voucher value being redeemed and forfeited.
A no-show occurs when a client fails to arrive for a booked appointment or arrives too late for the treatment to be performed.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total treatment booking value will be charged and/or forfeited.
If the booking was prepaid, the full prepaid amount will be forfeited.
If the booking was not prepaid, the client will remain liable for 100% of the total treatment booking value, and this amount must be settled before any future booking will be accepted.
No refund, spa credit, rebooking credit, replacement appointment, retail credit, cash exchange, EFT refund, card reversal, or financial repayment will be issued for no-show appointments.
Clients who repeatedly miss appointments, cancel late, or fail to pay no-show fees may be required to prepay future bookings in full or may be refused future bookings.
Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, the appointment is considered firm.
Payments are strictly non-refundable and will not be refunded due to change of mind, relocation, personal preference, scheduling regret, or choosing not to proceed with the treatment.
If a client cancels more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time and chooses not to rebook immediately, the amount paid may be converted into a Rejuveness Spa Credit Voucher, valid for 3 months from the original appointment date.
A Rejuveness Spa Credit Voucher holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund, cash, EFT, card reversal, retail products, gratuities, tips, promotional offers, discounted treatments, or any financial exchange.
If a client cancels, reschedules, changes, or moves the booking less than 48 hours before the appointment time, the full amount paid will be forfeited and no Rejuveness Spa Credit Voucher will be issued.
Spa credit or a Rejuveness Spa Credit Voucher may be issued only where Rejuveness Boutique Spa approves it under the cancellation, rescheduling, or change of mind policy.
Spa credit may only be used toward future spa treatments at Rejuveness Boutique Spa.
Spa credit may not be redeemed for cash, EFT, card refund, retail products, gratuities, tips, promotional offers, discounted treatments, gift vouchers, or any financial exchange.
Spa credit is valid for 3 months from the original appointment date, unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Rejuveness Boutique Spa.
Expired spa credit will not be refunded, extended, replaced, transferred, or exchanged.
Group bookings, couples bookings, spa packages, and longer appointments require careful scheduling, therapist allocation, product preparation, and room planning.
These bookings may require full upfront payment to secure the appointment.
If a group, couples, or package booking is cancelled, rescheduled, changed, or moved less than 48 hours before the appointment time, 100% of the total booking value will be charged and/or forfeited.
If one guest in a couples or group booking does not arrive, the booking may still be charged according to the original full booking value.
For group bookings, treatment capacity may vary depending on the type and duration of services booked, therapist availability, and scheduling requirements.
For larger group bookings, sessions may need to be split across different times or rooms to ensure the best experience for all guests.
Clients are requested to contact Rejuveness Boutique Spa directly before booking or paying for larger group bookings so that availability and scheduling can be confirmed.
Rejuveness Boutique Spa operates primarily as a cashless facility for safety, convenience, and efficiency.
We accept approved payment methods including major debit and credit cards, Yoco card transactions, EFT payments where approved, and valid Rejuveness gift vouchers.
100% upfront payment is required at the time of booking for all appointments, treatments, packages, group bookings, couples bookings, special offers, online bookings, WhatsApp bookings, and approved payment link bookings.
Cash may be accepted only in exceptional circumstances where no other payment method is possible.
Rejuveness Boutique Spa does not accept responsibility for failed, delayed, reversed, incorrect, or incomplete payments.
Rejuveness Boutique Spa is always evolving to bring our guests high-quality treatments and a refined boutique spa experience.
While we make every effort to keep our website, spa menu, booking system, treatment descriptions, prices, specials, and packages updated, all prices, services, treatment durations, packages, and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
Confirmed and paid bookings will be honoured at the confirmed booking price unless otherwise agreed.
Treatment times are approximate and may include consultation, changing time, preparation, treatment setup, aftercare advice, and payment time.
Specials and promotions are valid only for the period stated and are subject to availability.
Promotional offers may not be combined with gift vouchers, other discounts, loyalty rewards, spa credit, packages, or any other offer unless clearly stated.
Specials may not be exchanged for cash, credit, retail products, gift vouchers, or alternative treatments.
Rejuveness Boutique Spa reserves the right to amend, extend, withdraw, or limit any promotion at any time.
Gift vouchers purchased from Rejuveness Boutique Spa are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless fully redeemed earlier.
Gift vouchers are strictly non-refundable and non-negotiable.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, EFT, card refund, credit card refund, store credit, spa credit, retail credit, gratuities, tips, promotional offers, discounted treatments, or any kind of refund, repayment, credit, or financial exchange.
Gift vouchers may only be redeemed for spa treatments at Rejuveness Boutique Spa, subject to availability and these Terms & Conditions.
Gift vouchers may be used by the person named on the voucher or by another guest approved by Rejuveness Boutique Spa, provided the voucher is valid, verified, and presented at the time of booking or arrival.
Rejuveness Boutique Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, shared, transferred, copied, deleted, damaged, misplaced, or unauthorised use of gift vouchers.
No exceptions, negotiations, discretionary refunds, substitutions, or cash exchanges will be permitted.
Gift vouchers are valid for spa treatments only.
Gift vouchers may not be used for retail product purchases, gratuities, tips, promotional offers, discounted treatments, or any other non-treatment purchase.
If the selected treatment or package exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid at the time of booking or on the day of the appointment.
If the selected treatment costs less than the voucher value, any remaining balance may be used toward another treatment within the original voucher validity period.
No cash, EFT, card refund, retail credit, refund, or monetary balance will be paid out for any unused voucher amount.
All gift voucher redemptions are subject to advance booking and therapist availability.
We strongly recommend booking well in advance, especially during weekends, public holidays, school holidays, and peak seasons.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation, booking change, or rescheduling of a gift voucher appointment.
If a client cancels, reschedules, changes, or moves a gift voucher booking less than 48 hours before the appointment time, the full booked gift voucher value will be redeemed and forfeited.
If a client does not arrive for an appointment booked with a gift voucher, arrives too late for the treatment to be performed, or refuses to complete the required consultation form, the full booked gift voucher value will be redeemed and forfeited.
No refund, replacement voucher, spa credit, rebooking credit, balance credit, retail credit, cash exchange, EFT refund, card reversal, or financial repayment will be issued for late-cancelled, changed, moved, missed, or forfeited gift voucher appointments.
A printed or digital copy of the gift voucher must be presented when redeeming the voucher.
If a voucher is not presented and cannot be verified, the full treatment cost may be payable on the day.
Rejuveness Boutique Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, damaged, misplaced, shared, transferred, copied, or unauthorised use of gift vouchers.
Clients are responsible for keeping voucher details safe.
Replacement of lost vouchers is not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of Rejuveness Boutique Spa.
In the event of temporary closure, relocation, renovation, restructuring, sale of premises, operational pause, or circumstances beyond Rejuveness Boutique Spa’s reasonable control, valid gift vouchers will remain honoured once Rejuveness Boutique Spa resumes operations at a new or existing location.
Such circumstances do not create a right to cash refund, EFT refund, card reversal, chargeback, retail credit, or financial exchange.
Where necessary, voucher validity may be administratively extended at the discretion of Rejuveness Boutique Spa to allow fair redemption once operations resume.
Any such extension does not change the voucher’s non-refundable and non-negotiable nature.
Rejuveness Boutique Spa has a strict non-refundable payment policy.
Payments made for bookings, deposits, treatments, packages, specials, online bookings, gift vouchers, and spa credit vouchers are not refundable in cash, EFT, card reversal, credit card refund, retail credit, or any other financial repayment.
Where a booking is cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the appointment time, the amount paid may be transferred to a new appointment or converted into spa credit, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Bookings cancelled, rescheduled, changed, or moved less than 48 hours before the appointment time will be charged and/or forfeited at 100% of the total treatment booking value.
No-shows will be charged and/or forfeited at 100% of the total treatment booking value.
If Rejuveness Boutique Spa needs to reschedule or cancel a booking due to therapist unavailability, illness, spa conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to offer the client an alternative date or time.
In such cases, payment may be applied to the new appointment date, transferred to spa credit, or refunded at the discretion of Rejuveness Boutique Spa. This is the only circumstance under which a payment refund may be considered.
