First spa experience?

How lovely, we are honoured to be part of your spa journey.

At Rejuveness Boutique Spa, every visit is created to feel calm, personal, and beautifully cared for. Whether you are joining us for a massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, our Signature Dr Fish Experience, or a full spa journey, these helpful notes will guide you so you can arrive relaxed and enjoy every moment.

Your time with us is more than an appointment — it is a gentle pause, a breath, and a moment to feel restored.

Choose Your Treatments

Browse our spa menu online and choose the treatments that feel right for you. If you are unsure, we are happy to guide you and help you select the best option for your needs, time, and occasion.

Booking Your Appointment

Our appointments are carefully scheduled so each guest has dedicated treatment time, therapist preparation, and a peaceful experience.

All appointments are subject to availability and are secured once payment has been received. When booking, it helps to have one or two possible dates or times in mind.

Health, Medication & Special Considerations

Your comfort, well-being, and safety are very important to us.

Please let us know when booking, and again on your consultation form, if you have any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, skin concerns, recent surgeries, recent treatments, pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes, epilepsy, sinus concerns, eczema, psoriasis, or if you are taking medication.

Complete Your Consultation Form

Kindly complete your consultation form online 12–48 hours prior to arrival. This helps us prepare properly for your treatment and gives your therapist important information before you arrive.

If you are unable to complete it online, we will gladly provide a paper form when you arrive.

Before a Massage

If you are booked for a massage, we recommend avoiding a heavy meal for at least one hour before your treatment.

We also recommend drinking water before and after your treatment to help you feel refreshed.

During Your Treatment

Your treatment time is your time to rest.

Some guests enjoy quiet conversation, while others prefer peaceful silence. Please feel comfortable telling your therapist what you prefer.

You are also welcome to speak up at any time if you feel too warm, too cold, uncomfortable, or if you would like the pressure adjusted.

Signature Dr Fish Experience

If you are booked for our Signature Dr Fish Experience or Dr Fish Pedicure, please do not apply creams, oils, lotions, perfumes, or medicated products to your feet or legs on the day of your appointment.

Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended, as your feet and lower legs will be placed into the Dr Fish tank up to roughly below the knee.

For hygiene and safety reasons, this treatment cannot proceed if there are open cuts, sores, bleeding, visible fungal infections, contagious skin conditions, or broken skin on the feet or legs.

Manicures, Pedicures & Gel Removal

When booking a manicure or pedicure, please let us know if you currently have gel polish, acrylic, or any existing nail product on your hands or feet, as extra removal time may be needed.

Gift Vouchers

If you are booking with a gift voucher, please mention this when making your appointment and provide the voucher number.

Gift voucher appointments must be kept. Late cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or refusal to complete the required consultation form may result in the booked voucher value being redeemed and forfeited according to our policy.

Home Care Recommendations

Your therapist may recommend suitable home care products after your treatment to help maintain your results. There is never any pressure — we simply want you to know which products may benefit you.

Tipping Your Therapist

Tipping is never compulsory, but it is always appreciated when you feel your therapist has given you a wonderful experience.

As a general guide, many spa guests choose to tip between 10% and 15% of the treatment value.

We Look Forward to Welcoming You

Your visit to Rejuveness Boutique Spa is more than an appointment — it is a moment to pause, breathe, and feel beautifully restored.

We look forward to welcoming you and creating a calm, caring, and memorable spa experience for you.
